TMSS Medical College and Rafatullah Community Hospital (TMC and RCH) are the center of TMSS sectors. Prof. Dr. Hosne-Ara Begum, founder-director of TMSS, established the Rafatullah Community Hospital (RCH) in Thengamara village in 1995 with the financial support of Therre des Homes from the Netherlands.
Currently, this hospital provides general care to patients through OPD and IPD services, specialty health care, maternal and child health care, EPI and family planning services, major and minor surgeries, and radiology and pathology services. Specialist doctors and certified doctors offer hourly quality health services at an affordable/subsidized/free rate especially to poor and extremely poor patients. In addition to these, the hospital provides immediate medical care for accidents (accident, injured) through its emergency management unit. The hospital also offers hands-on learning opportunities for students studying in various medical institutions within the TMSS Health Sector.
